How it runs
The assessment opens with a scoping session that fixes the boundary — entities, systems, locations, and data types. Scope decided at the start is the single largest driver of cost across every framework we run.
We then work through the control set in interviews with the owners who actually operate each control, supported by document and configuration review. We do not send a questionnaire and score the answers.
You get the scorecard and roadmap in a working session rather than as a document drop, so the sequencing decisions are made with your team present. The interim compliance statement is written to be shared with a customer under NDA while the buildout runs.
