How it runs

We run the assessment before the assessor does, using the same guide and the same sampling approach. Findings surfaced here cost days; findings surfaced during fieldwork cost weeks.

We prepare your control owners for interviews. Most audit friction comes from a competent owner answering a question they were not expecting, not from a missing control.

During fieldwork we manage the evidence exchange and stay in the room for walkthroughs. We do not compete with the assessor and we do not argue findings that are correct; we make the engagement efficient for both sides.

After fieldwork we draft the findings response and support you through to issuance.
